She attends national music conferences and seminars including the Americana Music Association Conference, Folk Alliance Conference, South by Southwest, International Bluegrass Music Association’s World of Bluegrass and completed the Leadership Bluegrass Program in 2011. Heidi spends a lot of time out and about Austin’s entertainment scene attending concerts, release parties and music festivals and meeting prospective clients.
Inside the world of fiddling, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Old-Time Fiddle Association for four years. She is also the president of the annual Live Oak Fiddle Camp that takes place in May at TR Ranch in Halletsville, Texas.
